I’m a strategist at Trimble, a Fortune 500 technology company, where I’ve worked for about eight years. Right now I run the programme portfolio for a large customer experience organisation. Before that I led global learning and transformation programmes, and spent seven years as deputy chair of the Trimble Foundation.

My doctorate, from the University of Chester, was an ethnography of remote work inside a US tech company. I read it through Foucault, which sounds less useful than it is. Foucault is very good on offices. He just never had to work in one.

The academic word for this is pracademic. In practice it means I take notes in meetings that nobody asked for.

I sit on the UCCS Strategic AI Program board, I’m Prosci-certified in change management, a contributor at Reworked.co and I’ve judged the Reworked.co Impact Awards. I’m British, from [the North of England, confirm], and have lived in Colorado for 5 years.
